Current location, selected coordinates, location search terms, and route request information are retained until the relevant service request is completed. If the retention method or period changes, the Company will provide prior notice and obtain consent where required.
Locations that a user saves in the SteadyMap app remain on the user's device until the user deletes them or the app data is removed.
Article 5. Records of Location Information Collection, Use, and Provision
The Company automatically records information concerning the collection, use, or provision of location information under Article 16(2) of Korea's Act on the Protection and Use of Location Information.
As a general rule, these records are retained for six months for billing, inquiry handling, and compliance with legal obligations. If a user withdraws consent, records within the scope of the withdrawal described in Article 7 are deleted without undue delay in accordance with applicable law.
Article 6. Third-Party Provision and Notice
The Company currently does not provide personal location information to a third party designated by the personal location information subject.
If such a feature is introduced, the Company will disclose the recipient and purpose and obtain prior consent, and will notify the user of the recipient, time of provision, and purpose immediately after each provision. With the user's separate consent, notices may be consolidated for a period of up to 30 days.
Information about processing entrusted to service providers and overseas processing is available in the Privacy Policy.
Article 7. Rights and How to Exercise Them
When consenting to the use of personal location information, users may withhold consent to the purposes of use or provision, the scope of recipients, part of the location-based services, or the method of notification.

Users may request access to or notice of records concerning the collection, use, or provision of their location information and the reasons and details of any third-party provision, and may request correction of any error.
Users may stop location information use through their device's location permission settings. Withdrawal of consent and other rights, including requests to access, receive notice of, or correct records, may be exercised through the Customer Center or by email. Upon full withdrawal of consent, the Company deletes the personal location information collected and the records concerning its collection, use, or provision without undue delay. Upon partial withdrawal, the Company deletes the personal location information and the records concerning its use or provision that fall within the withdrawn scope.
